REGULATIONS

While welcoming you and wishing you a pleasant and happy stay, we ask that you dedicate just a few minutes to reading a few standards and rules that you will find in these regulations. The hotel management reserves the right to change these regulations if necessary and for the running of its services. In this case, it will display the changes at the hotel reception.

CHECK IN:

Upon arrival you will be asked for a form of identification so that your details can be notified to the relevant police authorities. Documents accepted: ID card, Passport, Driving licence.

Processing of personal data: In accordance with Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No.196 of 30.06.2003, all personal details relating to our customers shall be processed using IT systems and manually, in order to fulfil tax obligations (for issuing invoices, recording data, etc.) and sending advertising material and commercial promotions in relation to our hotel.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in time: from 13.00 to 20.00

If, due to force majeure, you are not able to arrive within the specified times, it is essential that you inform reception.

Check-out time: by 10.00

Guests are kindly informed that the hotel is covered by an insurance policy to cover any injuries that may be caused to its customers. This insurance policy is only valid within the facility and for the period of time from check-in to check-out.

BOOKINGS

Bookings can be made in the following ways:

- Directly in the hotel: the guest’s adhesion is sufficient.
- By telephone or email: in these cases, the booking is considered complete and concluded when the guest sends a copy of the payment of the deposit by bank transfer or money order agreed in advance with the management.
- Online: you can use the online booking service on our website.

CANCELLATION WITHDRAWAL

In the event that the Customer withdraws from the booking, the Hotel reserves the right to apply the following conditions:

- Until the 15th day prior to the start of the stay, the deposit will be immediately refunded.
- From the 14th to the 8th day prior to the start of the stay 50% will be withheld.
- From the 7th to the 1st day prior to the start of the stay 100% will be withheld.
The management reserves the right to make an agreement with the customer for the deposit withheld to be used at another time of year, according to the hotel’s availability.

INFORMATION ON CREDIT CARDS AND PRE-AUTHORISATION

In the event of a no-show or failure to comply with the cancellation conditions, the hotel will not be able to sell the room to anyone else and will suffer a financial loss.

As a form of self-protection, the hotel pre-authorises the credit card to guarantee the future payment. The card details will be checked by communicating with the circuit to which it belongs and running a pre-authorisation.

This transaction will temporarily block the specific amount and at the time of check-out the amount will be charged. Our hotel does not require payment for the stay until check-out (except for non-refundable rates for which payment is made at the time of booking without the possibility of a refund in the event of a cancellation or for cancellations after the required date or no-shows). When the amount has been charged, the credit card company will unblock the pre-authorisation amount. This usually happens within 72 hours of the payment being collected.

EARLY DEPARTURES

For early departures (without valid reasons) a penalty of 3 days’ stay will be charged (as per hotel regulations).

RESTAURANT

The buffet breakfast is served from 7.30 to 9.30.

Lunch is served at 12.30

Dinner is served at 19.30

Customers are kindly asked to respect the above times, with a maximum delay of 30 minutes at lunch and dinner time.

PETS

The hotel offers the possibility for small to medium sized pets to stay in the facility, according to specific conditions.
The management must be informed of the presence of the pet at the time of making the booking.
Guests must ensure that pets kept inside the facility do not cause any disturbance or damage to other guests or to the hotel itself.
Pets must not stay in communal areas (dining room, bar, terrace bar).
Only pets that comply with hygiene regulations and legislation in force are allowed to enter the hotel.
The management has the right to request compensation for any damage caused to the facility.

NO SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed in any part of the hotel including the bedrooms (Art. 51, Law 3 of 16/01/03).
Guests are kindly asked to use the areas outside the hotel if they wish to smoke.

SAFE DEPOSIT BOX

Every bedroom has an electronic safe deposit box where money and valuable items can be kept. Customers are asked to place their items in it and to ensure that it is properly locked when leaving the room.
The hotel is not liable for any theft or loss.

HOTEL SERVICES

The price of the stay INCLUDES:

Wi-Fi internet connection
Change of sheets every 3 days
Change of towels once a day
Car parking at the hotel or on the road opposite the hotel
(the car keys must be handed over to the management)
Bike hire for rides along Bibione cycle path. The hotel does not accept any responsibility for problems with the bikes.
Private beach service with sun umbrella, deck chair and sun lounger.
The price DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Anything ordered at the bar or in the dining room
Telephone calls
Tourist tax of € 1,10 per person per day.

GENERAL CODE OF CONDUCT IN THE ROOMS AND IN THE HOTEL

Entry is not allowed to anyone not staying at the hotel. For the purpose of safety and privacy, any visits from family or friends must be authorised by the management and visitors are required to leave a form of identification at reception which they can collect upon leaving the hotel.

GENERAL CODE OF CONDUCT IN THE ROOMS AND IN THE HOTEL

FIRE PREVENTION LEGISLATION

It is absolutely forbidden to use any of the following in the rooms:

- Hot plates
- Irons
- Electric stoves
Electric razors and mobile phone and PC chargers with the EC marking are allowed.
In the event of any damage to them due to force majeure the hotel shall not be held liable.
It is absolutely forbidden to prepare or eat meals in the bedrooms.
This is in accordance with Italian health and safety legislation, to guarantee the cleanliness of the rooms and PREVENT UNDESIRED GUESTS (ants, beetles and other insects).
